BONYHUB – Returns, Refund, Store Credit & Exchange Policy

This Returns, Refund, Store Credit, and Exchange Policy (“Policy”) explains how customers can return, exchange, or request refunds for products purchased from BONYHUB (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

It applies to all purchases made via Bonyhub.com or Bonyhub.co.uk, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Introduction

BONYHUB dispatches orders from multiple warehouses, including:

  • UK Warehouse – Ready-to-Ship / Next-Day Delivery items

  • Overseas Warehouse – 3–7 Day Express Delivery (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)

1.1 Delivery Timeframes

  • UK Next-Day Delivery: Dispatched from our UK warehouse

  • Express 3–7 Day Delivery (Overseas Warehouse): Delivered via DPD, DHL, or Royal Mail. No customs or import duties are payable by UK customers.

1.2 Shipping Fees

Free UK Shipping

  • Orders over £40 → Free

  • Orders under £40 → £3.99

Stitching, Finishing & Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable.


2. Returns Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • It is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original sellable condition

  • All tags and labels are attached

  • It is returned with original packaging (boxes, dust bags, etc., if applicable)

  • It is not listed under the Non-Returnable Items category

✅A standard £8 per item is deducted from your refund as restocking/admin fee per item applies to all returns, and return postage is paid by the customer.
This fee helps cover processing, inspection and handling of returned items.Items to be returned within 7 days from date of filing returns.

Customers are responsible for return postage.


2.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customisation reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Pierced jewellery (if hygiene seal is broken)

  • Underwear, swimwear, shapewear, and face masks (if hygiene seal removed)

  • Beauty & cosmetic items (if opened or used)

  • Made-to-order, stitched, or customised clothing

  • Hosiery

  • Items returned incomplete (missing accessories, belts, scarf attachments, etc.)


2.3 How to Return

  1. Log in to your account → Returns & Exchanges

  2. Enter Order Number + Email/Phone

  3. Select items and choose Refund / Store Credit / Exchange

  4. You will receive the return warehouse address in returns approval email

  5. Send the parcel using a tracked courier (Royal Mail, DPD, Evri etc.)

We strongly advise keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.

BONYHUB is not responsible for lost, untracked, or damaged return parcels.


2.4 Return Costs

  • Customers pay all return postage fees

  • Prepaid return labels are not provided

  • Original shipping fees, stitching charges, and exchange re-shipping costs are non-refundable

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Processing Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees, finishing charges, and the £4.99 outbound delivery deduction are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or wrong


3.2 Refund Deductions or Rejections

Refunds may be reduced or refused if items are:

  • Worn, damaged, stained, or show signs of wear

  • Returned with odours (perfume, deodorant, cooking smells, etc.)

  • Contain makeup, tan, or any marks

  • Missing tags, accessories, or packaging

  • Returned after the 7-day window

If your return is rejected, you may pay the postage fee to have the item returned to you.


4. Store Credit

  • Issued as an E-Gift Voucher within 2–3 business days after return approval

  • Valid for 365 days

  • Can be used partially until the balance is zero

  • Non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash


5. Exchange Policy

5.1 Eligibility

  • Exchanges are available for a different size or colour of the same product where stock is available

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted

5.2 How Exchanges Work

  1. Submit an exchange request within 7 days of delivery

  2. Return the original item

  3. Replacement ships within 3–5 business days after inspection

  4. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued

5.3 Restrictions

  • No exchanges for sale items, final sale items, or non-returnable goods

  • Items that are worn, damaged, or missing tags cannot be exchanged


6. Faulty, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos/videos

If accepted, we will offer replacement, store credit, or refund.

Faults reported after the 24-hour window may not be eligible.


7. International Returns

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for return postage

  • If a parcel is refused due to customs or duties, the original shipping fee is non-refundable

  • Return-to-sender courier fees will be deducted from the refund

  • Refunds for international orders are processed within 14 working days


8. Important Notices

  • Returns received after 7 days may be rejected

  • Made-to-order or customised items cannot be cancelled after 2 hours

  • All items undergo strict quality inspection on return

  • This policy does not affect your Statutory Consumer Rights under UK law
