HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT IN UK & HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

We understand sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns for which you may return for any reason  within 14 days from the date of purchase. However, if you do not use the returns portal in accordance with our instructions, then you will be responsible for the cost of returning Products to us, using your chosen alternative returns method.

Please note that if you choose to return via any method other than one of our chosen carriers, you will remain responsible for the items including for any loss or damage until we receive them at warehouse.

For International returns, In case, a customer refuses to accept the parcel for one of the following reason, but not limited to these: customs, taxes and/or duties, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Moreover, the customer will also be charged for the return cost of the parcel, as per the costing provided by the carrier, which may or may not be the same as outbound shipping cost.If you use the returns portal, the process for returns is as follows:

  1. Repack your Products in a saleable condition .
  2. Login to our returns portal. You will need your order number and email or your phone number to log in the returns portal.
  3. Select your preferred return option ( Store Credit or Refund )
  4. We will email you the return instructions on how to generate your royal mail returns label online and arrange a pickup from your home or post it to the post office. 
  5. Once you have processed your return in the portal you're ready to post it off! Make sure you keep proof of postage!
  6. Keep an eye on your return tracking number. You'll get an email once we receive your returned Product.

If you do not use the returns portal, then you can repack the Products for returning at your own cost. In this case, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording "Return to supplier" or wording having similar effect.Returns beyond 14 days will not be accepted and customers will have to pay to get their items back.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

It can take up to 14 days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and your refund processed. On receiving your return, the next step is for us to check the Products and its condition. Once our checks are complete and satisfied, we’ll refund you for the accepted Products returned unless there are any issues with the Product(s) returned as follows:

  • If you paid using a credit or debit card, we will process your refund within 14 days of us receiving the Products at warehouse, and the funds should appear on your bank statement around 7 working days thereafter (exact timing will depend on your card issuer).
  • If you paid for your order with a store credit, the value of the returned Product will be credited back to your new store credit voucher.
  • If you paid using a “buy now, pay later” service provider, we will notify the relevant service provider that you have returned your Products to us, and the relevant service provider will process your full or partial refund as applicable, in accordance with its terms and conditions. Please note that different refund processing times may apply, and you should review the applicable terms for your chosen service provider for further information respectively.If its clearpay or klarna they have their own refund processing timings.

Finally, we’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund , email will be sent to you accordingly.

Returns shipped after Returns Deadline 

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns time period of 14 days from the date of delivery . If you try to make a return, we may not the item back to you neither a refund will be processed , customers will have to bear the shipping cost to get their items back to them.

Exceptions are on non-returnable items like Kids clothing & lehangas where only store credit is issued for size exchange, unless there is a defect picture shared on email within 24 hours of order delivery date.( What is store credit - You can return the items but only receive online voucher code of that value to spend back again on our store )  other than in exceptional circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights.This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Simple Returns Process 

  • All Returns from the UK are chargeable at £3.99 and trackable.
  • You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered or made available for collection to return it.
  • We’re paperless, so you won’t receive a returns note with your parcel – don’t worry, you won’t need one, just place your return as described below.
  • All returns are subject to our Original Condition
  • It takes up to 10 calendar days for a returned parcel to reach our warehouse and be processed.
  • We don’t offer exchanges – all accepted returns will be refunded.
  • Store Credit  : Store Credit note can be issued against any returnable items like Lehangas,kids collection, if customer wishes to buy another size or design.

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at warehouse . If our insepction team are unhappy with the condition an item has been returned in (e.g., tags have been removed, or there are signs of wear or any make up stains ) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return and may have to ask you to pay to send it back to you.

Please note that, with the exception of any Products which are faulty under below conditions :

  • Any Products returned must be sent to us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returned Products should be sent back to us in their original condition, together with the original tag attached to the clothing.
  • All Products are inspected on return. When trying on clothing, please be careful with the Product (e.g. don’t apply excessive force when pulling zips or buttons ) and don’t wear products that could mark or scent a Product (such as make-up, fake-tan, perfume, deodorant, cologne any smells that could restrain us to put back the product in warehouse etc.).
  • Returned Products must be unworn and unwashed.

We will not accept returned Products that show any signs of having been worn or washed, including where the Products are stained or otherwise marked or damaged.

If a Product is returned to us that has been worn, used, damaged, or is otherwise in an unsaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse your refund. Alternatively, we reserve the right to reduce your refund value to reflect any reduction in the value of a Product.

  1. Returns Accepted within 14 Days from  delivery date of Items - Return Charges are £3.99 by default ( Your order must be within 14 days of delivery date strictly & IF Bonyhub tags are removed from the clothing returns would not be accepted. ) Returns after 14 days of delivery date will not be processed and customer will have to pay charges to get their items back.All Returns are chargeable £3.99
  2. Refund : Refund is processed back on your same account.Refund takes around 10 to 14 Days to reflect in your account depending upon your card issuer 

Few handmade items skin related items, jewelry,slimming clothing, loungerie,sale items  are non exchangeable and non refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Shipping charges will not be refunded only product prices will be refunded as per company policy.

HOW TO PACK YOUR RETURNS 

Please make sure all the items you’ve selected to return fit in one parcel. If they don’t, you'll need to create a separate return for the second parcel with the items in it – it’ll have its own QR code and tracking number. Every QR code generated is charged at £3.99 and deducted from the refund value.

You can also send us any used packaging that you’ve received with any recent orders.  

Depending on your chosen royal mail drop-off point, please make sure your parcel doesn't exceed the sizes listed below (otherwise the carrier may not be able to accept it).

DROPPING OFF YOUR RETURNS

You can arrange a royal mail collection at your home or you can use your QR code that can be used at any royal mail post office drop-off point . Find the nearest drop-off location below:

If you choose to return through another method, it's your responsibility to pay for your return. Don’t forget to keep your proof of postage! 

HOW DO I RETURN IF I LIVE OUTSIDE UK ?

International Return Policy

In case, a customer refuses to accept the parcel for one of the following reason, but not limited to these: customs, taxes and/or duties, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Moreover, the customer will also be charged for the return cost of the parcel, as per the costing provided by the carrier, which may or may not be the same as outbound shipping cost.

International Returns Customer has to pay the return charges.

Restrictions

We’re unable to accept returns of the following items, for hygiene reasons:

Hosiery Incomplete returns – (not all parts are returned)Items used/damaged by customers by wear and tear.

Unfortunately, if any of the above items are returned, we won’t be able to offer a refund and the items will incur a return postage charge or may not be returned

    Exchanges

    We’re currently not able to offer online exchanges but you can select store credit option and reuse the voucher code to place new order for your favorite items, so simply follow all the steps to return and place a new order on-site.

    Refunds

    Please allow 7 to 15 working days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed. If you’re ordering in a currency other than Pounds Sterling your refund will be issued in your local currency at your bank or card issuer’s exchange rate. Remember that unless your entire received order is faulty, we won’t be able to offer a refund on shipping costs.

    Please Note: The clothing suits Made to Order cannot be returned, hence we request all cancellation requests be reported to us within 24 hours of order placement only.
