HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT IN UK & HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

  1. Hassle-Free Returns & Store Credit Policy

    We’ve made returns simple and rewarding!

    Get Store Credit or Coupons with extra value added for your returned products and use them on future purchases online on Bonyhub website only.
    ✅ Store credits can be applied to any item, giving you more flexibility to shop what you love.
    Refunds are strictly  issued for damaged or faulty products—please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

    ✅Repack your Products in a saleable condition .

    Login to our returns portal for approval. You will need your order number and email or your phone number to log in the returns portal.

    ✅Please complete the returns form and print it and include it with your returns parcel.

    ✅Cutt off the returns address label and paste it outside of the package.Once you have printed the returns form and included in your returns parcel   you're ready to post it off! Make sure you keep proof of postage with trackable service for a parcel safety !Don’t forget to keep your proof of postage!Please allow 3 working days to receive store credit from the date we receive the items at warehouse .
  2. Store Credit Policy

    • Once store credit is issued, no refunds will be processed.
    • Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
    • It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
    • Store credit remains valid for 365 days from the date of issue.

    ✅Finally, we’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund , email will be sent to you accordingly.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

It can take up to 3 to 14 days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse.

On receiving your return, the next step is product inspection.

Once our checks are complete and satisfied, we’ll issue store credit within 3 days you for the accepted Products returned unless there are any issues with the Product(s) returned as follows:

If you paid for your order with a store credit, the value of the returned Product will be credited back to your new store credit voucher.

Return Policy – Important Notice

  • We do not accept returns for unwanted items after the 14-day return period from the date of delivery.
  • If a return is attempted after the deadline, we may not send the item back to you, and no refund will be processed.
  • If you wish to have the item returned to you, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
  1. Return Window: Any products being returned must be sent to us within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Original Condition: Products should be returned in their original condition, with the original tags still attached.

  3. Inspection: All returned products are thoroughly inspected. When trying on clothing, please handle the items with care (e.g., avoid using excessive force on zips or buttons).

  4. Care When Trying On: Please do not wear products that could leave marks or scents, such as makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, or cologne. These may prevent the product from being restocked.

  5. Unworn and Unwashed: Returned products must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for return.

  • Condition of Returned Products: If a product is returned to us in a worn, used, damaged, or otherwise unsaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse your refund. Alternatively, we may reduce your refund value to reflect any reduction in the product's value.

  • Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as handmade items, skin-related products, jewelry, slimming clothing, lingerie, and sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the product price will be refunded, in accordance with our company policy.

  • Exceptions for Non-Returnable Items:

    Please note that exceptions apply to non-returnable items such as stitched suits, customized dresses, and lehengas. For size exchanges, only store credit will be issued. However, if there is a defect, a picture must be emailed to us within 48 hours of the order delivery date.This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

HOW DO I RETURN IF I LIVE OUTSIDE UK ?

International Return Policy

In case, a customer refuses to accept the parcel for one of the following reason, but not limited to these: customs, taxes and/or duties, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Moreover, the customer will also be charged for the return cost of the parcel, as per the costing provided by the carrier, which may or may not be the same as outbound shipping cost.

International Returns Customer has to pay the return charges.

( Outside UK ) International Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

International Refused Parcels
If a customer refuses to accept the parcel for reasons such as customs, taxes, duties, or any other reason (but not limited to these), the shipping costs will not be refunded. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for the return cost, which will be charged by the carrier. This return cost may differ from the outbound shipping cost.

International Returns
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges on international orders.

Restrictions
We are unable to accept returns on the following items due to hygiene reasons:

  • Hosiery
  • Incomplete returns (not all parts of the product are returned)
  • Items that have been used or damaged by customers through wear and tear

If any of the above items are returned, we will not be able to offer a refund, and the items will incur a return postage charge. These items may not be returned.

Exchanges
We are currently unable to offer online exchanges. However, you may choose the store credit option and reuse the voucher code to place a new order for your favorite items. Please follow the steps for returning the item and placing a new order on our website.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date we receive your returned item in case of damaged items videos and photos are shared on emai within 48 hours of receiving the items. If your order was made in a currency other than Pounds Sterling, the refund will be issued in your local currency based on your bank or card issuer’s exchange rate. Please note that unless the entire received order is faulty, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Made-to-Order Clothing
Please note that Made-to-Order clothing cannot be returned. Any cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of order placement.
