Before you return a Bonyhub product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons,craftsmen,woman in rural areas resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other due to human involvement in process of making. 

Irregular weave or print or a stitch is part of natural process. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.We have original handblock prints and handmade clothing.

In spite of these variables, at Bonyhub we stand behind the quality of our products and we will refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 14 days of delivery with no questions asked ! Please read below our return policies before you return any item.

How do I return something to you from the UK?

Returning an unwanted BONYHUB product?

We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. Don't worry, as long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns for happily, subject to the rules below, which includes rules around Fair Use.

If you return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of the item being delivered to you, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. Where you purchased Brand Partner products.

We aim to refund you within 7 days of receiving the returned item.


How to create a return

  1. Returns are chargeable £3.99. Click ‘’ for the order you want to return.
  2. Select the items you’re returning and the reasons for return.

  5. Enter your order number address details and download the QR code and it will be emailed to you as well.
  6. Search for your nearest royal mail post office drop off point. You’ll receive a QR code by email.
  7. Place your return in a single parcel. You can use any packaging you like as long as it’s secure. 
  8. Take your parcel and QR code (valid for 14 days) to your nearest Royal mail drop off point and they’ll take care of the rest! Your return is trackable. 
  9. Hold tight! We expect to process your refund within 10 days of dropping off your return. We will email you once your refund has been processed. 

How long do you have to return? 

You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered or available for collection to return it for a refund.

Where to drop your parcel off

Your QR code is valid for 14 days and can be used at any Royal mail drop-off post office when creating your return. To find the nearest drop-off location for your chosen carrier, click

Royal Mail Returns - please make sure your parcel doesn't exceed the sizes listed below otherwise the carrier may not be able to accept it.

Dissatisfied with your order? No worries. We have made the returning process stress-free below:

  1. Please mention your order number in the packet to help us quickly process your returns/exchanges.

  2. Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleble condition.

  3. We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the freebies if any.

  4. Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

  5. After the receipt of item(s), your request for returns or refunds would be processed.

  6. In the case of returns, banks normally take 7-10 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end.

Products can be returned if informed us via email within 48 hours working days of delivery,on our company email address - Few handmade items skin related items, slimming clothing, loungerie are non exchangeable and non refundable due to hygiene reasons.

You can return the items within 14 days of delivery, and we will accept all returns except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves outside of normal everyday use.The specially made to order suits which has custom measurement cannot be returned.  

Reasons For Returning

We’ll accept returns for any of the following reasons:

The products do not fit to size properly,You no longer want these products 

Return Charges: Return Shipping Charges will be born by Customer only. Products will be eligible under the return/refund  policies which are received by us within 14 working days from the date of delivery.

Shipping charges will not be refunded only product prices will be refunded as per company policy.

International Return Policy

In case, a customer refuses to accept the parcel for one of the following reason, but not limited to these: customs, taxes and/or duties, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Moreover, the customer will also be charged for the return cost of the parcel, as per the costing provided by the carrier, which may or may not be the same as outbound shipping cost.

International Returns Customer has to pay the return charges.


We’re unable to accept returns of the following items, for hygiene reasons:

Hosiery Incomplete returns – (not all parts are returned)Items used/damaged by customers by wear and tear.

Unfortunately, if any of the above items are returned, we won’t be able to offer a refund and the items will incur a return postage charge or may not be returned


    We’re currently not able to offer online exchanges but you can select store credit option and reuse the voucher code to place new order for your favorite items, so simply follow all the steps to return and place a new order on-site.


    Please allow 7 working days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed. If you’re ordering in a currency other than Pounds Sterling your refund will be issued in your local currency at your bank or card issuer’s exchange rate. Remember that unless your entire received order is faulty, we won’t be able to offer a refund on shipping costs.

    Please Note: The clothing suits Made to Order cannot be returned, hence we request all cancellation requests be reported to us within 24 hours of order placement only.

    3. Bonyhub retains the rights to examine and decide whether the product returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification, Bonyhub will either reship/replace the product to the customer.
    4. In case the returned product is not defective/damaged then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reshipped to the shipping address of the respective customer's shipping address given in order.
    5. If the product cannot be delivered due to natural calamity or out of stock ,therefore delivery fails within the specified deadline, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded to the respective Customer.
    6. On receipt of the complaint, Bonyhub shall verify the genuineness of the complaint and therefore proceed the request for a replacement/refunds.

    8. In Online payment mode, paid order amount will be refunded to the customer Card Account through which the payment was made initially.
