We work directly with manufacturers, artisans, and suppliers across Asia to bring you hand-block prints, art pieces, and unique ethnic clothing. By cutting out middlemen and wholesalers, we ensure the best value prices for our customers.

Q: How will I know about BONYHUB offers and new arrivals?
We update our store daily with new arrivals and collections. To keep you informed, we send out two email updates per week, so you never miss the latest pieces without overwhelming your inbox.

Q: What happens if an item is sold out?
We do our best to restock popular items. However, if a product is handmade, seasonal, or limited in material, it may be permanently out of stock.

Q: How can I check the status of my order?
Log in to your account on the BONYHUB website, go to My Orders, and click on your tracking number. This will redirect you to the courier’s website, where you can see live updates about your delivery.

We ship worldwide. Orders are delivered via trusted courier partners including Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.

Q: What are the UK shipping rates?

  • Uk items FREE shipping on orders over £40

  • Orders under £50: £5.99 standard delivery charge

  • Items ordered from Overseas are Free Uk shipping above £100, and under £100 it is £7.99 .

Q: What are the international shipping rates?

  • Flat rate: $19.99 USD

  • FREE shipping worldwide on orders over $200 USD

RETURNS

Q: What is BONYHUB’s return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not happy, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a product refund.

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

  • International customers must pay for their own return shipping.

  • Refunds are processed once the item has been received at our UK warehouse in original condition.
