Returns and exchanges

To start the return process for your order, please read the Return charges below and enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can happily return your items strictly within 14 days from date of delivery (receieving )date of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition with bonyhub tags attached to the clothing.If the tags are removed returns wont be accpeted and customers will have to pay for their returns to get their items back.
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn,with no perfume,No used marks, if found, then the returns wont be accepted and will not be shipped back to customer.Customer will have to pay additional postage to get their items back.
  • In the original packaging with Bonyhub Tags attached.

Free gifts or sale items,promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

  • Return By Post

    We do not provide a free returns service, and so we always recommend that you use a standard tracked delivery option, when sending parcels back from both within and outside the UK. 

    Please ensure your that your returns form which will be sent on the email is downloaded and filled  is completed and enclosed in the parcel. If you don’t have one, you can download one here 

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for the charges of the return shipping and also please make sure the parcel safely delivers to our warehouse with tracking reference number and delivery proof is required.
  • OR alternatively If you wish to return the item using your own courier or post please feel free to email us on enquiry@bonyhub.co.uk.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • When you post the item please make sure you use the trackable service for a tracked delivery to our warehouse.Once your item is received at warehouse , we will inspect the items and refund is processed within 14 working days to reflect in your account. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 14 working days.
