BONYHUB Shipping Policy-

UK Delivery Options

BONYHUB is a UK-based fashion brand operating from both UK and international warehouses.
We ship worldwide and dispatch orders from the nearest available warehouse to ensure fast delivery.

All UK customers receive parcels via Royal Mail, DPD .
UK Customers do not pay customs duties for UK deliveries.

Professional Stitching, Finishing & Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Standard £4.99 is deducted per order to cover the cost of delivery of your goods.

1. UK Delivery Options

We currently offer two delivery methods for UK customers:

1.1 UK Next-Day Delivery (Selected Items Only)

Available for items listed in the “Next Day Delivery / Ready-to-Ship” section.

  • Dispatched from our UK warehouse

  • Delivery via Royal Mail

  • Order before 1 PM (Mon–Fri) for next-day dispatch

  • Delivery window: 8 AM – 4 PM (Mon–Sat)

  • Not available on public holidays

FREE on orders over £60

1.2 Express UK Delivery (3–9 Business Days) (Overseas Warehouse)

  • Delivered via DPD UK

  • Delivery timeframe: 3–9 working days

  • Delivery window: 8 AM – 4 PM (Mon–Fri)

  • No customs fees for UK customers

🔔 Important Delivery Returns Notes

  • ✅A standard £1.99 per item is deducted from your refund as restocking/admin fee per item applies to all returns, and return postage is paid by the customer.
    This fee helps cover processing, inspection and handling of returned items.Items to be returned within 7 days from date of filing returns.

  • Orders containing a mix of Next-Day and 3–9 Day items may arrive in separate parcels.

  • Delivery estimates may vary based on courier delays, weather, seasonal traffic, or operational issues.

  • Stitching/Finishing charges and Shipping Fees are strictly non-refundable.

2. International Delivery

BONYHUB is UK Based company - ships worldwide, including the USA, Canada, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.

2.1 Worldwide Express Delivery

  • Delivery timeframe: 7–14 business days

  • Delivered via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Royal Mail International

  • Customs delays may extend delivery times

Cost: $19.99 (flat rate)
FREE on orders over $200

Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes, BFPO, or APO/FPO addresses.

3. Order Processing & Cancellations

  • Orders are usually processed the same day or next business day.

  • A cancellation request may be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • A £1.99 cancellation fee applies to cover processing and payment charges.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

A tracking email will be issued automatically when your order is shipped.

4. Returns & Refunds

Customers are responsible for arranging their own returns.

4.1 Return Shipping

  • Return postage is paid by the customer.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked courier (Royal Mail, DPD Only).

  • BONYHUB is not liable for lost or untracked returns sent by customer 

Please include your name + order number inside the parcel to avoid delays.

4.2 Refund Processing-

This fee helps cover processing, inspection and handling of returned items.Items to be returned within 7 days from date of filing returns.

Customers are responsible for return postage.

Once your return is received at our UK warehouse and passes inspection, we will issue:

  • A refund (Only if returned within 14 days of delivery date & clothings tags attached)

  • Or store credit (for non-refundable items)

4.3 Eligible Returns

  • Ready-to-Ship / Next-Day Items: Eligible for refunds, store credit, and exchanges.

  • Lehengas (and made-to-order items):
    ✔ Eligible for store credit only
    ❌ Not eligible for refunds (unless faulty or exceptional circumstances per UK consumer law)

5. Additional Information

  • Uk customers do not have to pay any kind of duty or any custom charges. Only one shipping fee is charged per order based on the shipping option selected.

  • ( Outside UK ) All International customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

  • BONYHUB is legally required to collect VAT or sales tax on shipping and handling where applicable.

Additional Information

  • Bonyhub charges one delivery fee per order, based on the shipping rate chart above.

  • Duties or taxes imposed by authorities in non-UK destinations must be paid by the customer if applicable 

  • BONYHUB is legally obligated to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees where required.
